Natalia R. Bueno
Founder, CEO, Consultant
Natalia Bueno is a first generation Mexican American and a California native. She has over 15 years of experience with concentrations in real estate, financial services and mortgage lending. Ms. Bueno started off as an Escrow Assistant at LSI while attending college and has worked her way up as a consultant to a variety of companies focused on lending. While working at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, Natalia assisted the top ranked Barron's Financial Advisor where she helped manage $25 billion AUM for ultra-high-net-worth clients. Ms. Bueno worked with many Fortune 100 CEOs and assisted her assigned clients with their lending needs. Her past clients include the CEO of the Golden State Warriors, Draper University, Amazon, Avago, Blackberry, Cisco, Microsoft, Ring Central, Tesla, Workday and many more! It was at Morgan Stanley where Natalia found her passion for lending!
After dedicating over 5 years to corporate finance, Natalie decided to pursue a solo consulting career and provided her expertise to domestic and international lending startups. It was there where she learned the ins and outs of private lending and brought in over $1MM+ in revenue during her first three months of consulting. Natalia was then asked to help manage a $30mm+ lending pipeline of hard money loans. Many of her past clients have been featured on CNBC, Million Dollar Listing, Flip or Flop, Fix my Flip, Flipping 101, etc... Bueno Loans has proudly assisted in funding over 1,000+ loans and over 1 BILLION in loan volume. Ms. Bueno also continues to keep herself educated with mortgage lending guidelines and holds multiple licenses and certifications.
Ms. Bueno holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Management from the College of Business and Economics at California State University, Fullerton. She also took 6 graduate level courses at Stanford University where she earned a certificate in Strategic Decision Making and Risk Management. Originally from Southern CA, Natalia currently resides in both Los Angeles and San Francisco where she is actively involved in both communities. She is a current board member for Cal State Fullerton's Women's Leadership Program and an active member of the La Habra Chamber of Commerce. Natalia also loves giving back to multiple local non profits throughout California and was a field volunteer captain for the legendary Super Bowl 50. When she isn't working and/or networking, Natalia enjoys traveling, spending time with her fiance, family and friends and wine tasting across the globe!
